WEST DUNDEE · TELEHEALTH THROUGHOUT ILLINOIS
Bring the questions, the patterns, the ache, or simply the sense that life could feel different. We’ll start with what’s here.

DEPTH + MOVEMENT
And somewhere to go with it.
Our work makes room for both: understanding the roots of your patterns and practicing a different way of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people in your life.
I work relationally and intuitively, drawing from attachment, experiential, cognitive, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches. There is no one-size-fits-all protocol here. Therapy should respond to the person in the room.
PORTRAIT · JAMIE TUSHNERa real person,
right here.
A real person will meet you here.
I’m Jamie Tushner, a licensed clinical professional counselor and the therapist behind Mindful Revolution. I believe meaningful therapy asks us to look beneath the version of ourselves that learned how to perform, please, protect, or simply get through it.
My style is engaged, compassionate, playful when it fits, and honest when it matters. I won’t sit silently and nod while you do all the work. I’ll be with you in it—helping you notice what is happening, name what has been hard to name, and experiment with something new.
“Growth is not a return to who you were. It is the freedom to become—beyond what survival once required of you.”

PLACES WE MIGHT BEGIN · 01—06
Some experiences are hard to name. Start with the words that feel closest; we can figure out the rest together.
The replaying, rehearsing, second-guessing, and trying to think your way into certainty.
You’re getting through the days, but something feels muted, disconnected, or difficult to reach.
You’ve been capable for a long time. That doesn’t mean carrying everything alone is still working.
Relationships can stir up old protections—pulling away, overgiving, bracing, or losing yourself in the effort to connect.
A transition, a loss, or a quiet inner shift can leave you between who you were and who you’re becoming.
You can understand a pattern and still find yourself inside it. We can get curious about what it protects—and what you need now.
